Picnic Store Manager

Location: Dunsborough, Bunbury & South West WA

Role: Management - Store

Employment Type: Part Time

Proudly Western Australia, Picnic is one of Perth's favourite women's fashion retailers, with a presence in six fashionable locations in Western Australia. We have an exciting opportunity to lead the team and store operations in our regional Dunsborough store, in the south west of WA. The hours of this role will be negotiable, approx. 30 - 38 hours per week.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven management experience within customer service environment, experience in fashion is highly desirable in this role

  • A strong team player with a passion to motivate and lead to deliver exceptional service

  • Motivate the team to deliver sales results and achieve targeted sales

  • Be responsible for the day-to-day management of the retail store, including effective rostering, visual merchandising, managing deliveries and stock.

  • Strong communication, solution focused and excellent time management skills

  • Demonstrate effective leadership, ensuring that all store team members receive the required feedback, support and training

  • Ability to work and lead independently as this is a regional store, reporting to the State Manager based in Perth
