DISPATCH

We want you to enjoy your Picnic Clothing purchases as fast as possible! Generally speaking orders will be dispatched within two (2) business days.
Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day. Please allow an additional 2-3 business day for dispatch during busy sale periods.

 

TRACKING

All Picnic Clothing purchases are tracked. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification via email. You can track your order by entering the tracking number provided at this site Australia Post Tracking Website. In the event that no one is able to sign for your parcel, the courier will leave a card for you to make a collection from the nearest Post Office.

 

CLICK AND COLLECT

We offer a Click & Collect service which allows you to order online and pick up your purchase from any of our stores.

We will email or call you to let you know as soon as your order is ready for collection. Please wait to receive this email or call before visiting our stores to avoid disappointment.

Collection times are only available between store operation hours, please see stores hours here. Please ensure that you bring a form of ID when collecting your order.

If you can no longer pick up your order and would like for your items to be shipped, you will need to contact onlinestore@picnic.net.au for processing. Orders under $100 will incur extra postage fees.
